Shipping

Complimentary Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) and typically ship within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Each order is carefully packaged to preserve the integrity and beauty of your swimwear.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to select destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note:

Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
Delivery timelines vary by destination and customs processing
We are unable to control delays caused by customs clearance

Delivery

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from shipment, depending on location.

International delivery timeframes vary by region and carrier.

While we partner with trusted global carriers, delivery timing remains subject to their operations and unforeseen delays. For time-sensitive requests or special delivery needs, please contact Client Services prior to placing your order.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All tags and protective liners must remain attached
Items must be returned in their original packaging

For hygiene and quality assurance, swimwear should be tried on over undergarments. Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Should your requested size or style become unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

International Returns

At this time, complimentary returns are available for domestic U.S. orders only. International customers may initiate returns within 30 days; however, return shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Fit & Sizing

Our swimwear is designed with precision, structure, and luxurious performance fabrics that sculpt and support the body. Achieving the perfect fit is central to the experience.

To ensure the best possible fit:

Please refer to our detailed Size Guide prior to purchase
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort
Compression fabrics may feel more supportive when first tried on and will adapt gently to the body with wear
For personalized sizing recommendations, our Client Services team is available to assist

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over undergarments with the protective liner intact.
